FOCUS – Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in the United States
Our Mission
FOCUS helps young adults follow Christ faithfully after their college years. We journey together as we discern vocation, navigate careers, build relationships, and serve the Church. The ministry creates space to ask deep questions, celebrate milestones, and keep the Orthodox faith at the center of everyday life.
Why FOCUS Matters
- • Builds community among recent graduates and young professionals
- • Offers prayer, discussion, and mutual support during life transitions
- • Encourages service that blesses the parish and wider community
- • Provides mentoring connections with clergy and parish leaders
How We Gather
- • Monthly evenings of prayer, teaching, and fellowship
- • Small groups that explore Scripture and Orthodox Christian life
- • Retreats, service projects, and social events designed for young adults
- • Two FOCUS groups tailored to younger and older young-adult stages
