MGOCSM – Worship, study, and service for students
MGOCSM – Worship • Study • Service
Our Mission
Founded in 1908, the Mar Gregorios Orthodox Christian Student Movement helps high school and college students live out their Orthodox faith. Inspired by our patron St. Gregorios of Parumala, we follow the rhythm of worship, study, and service as we navigate life’s big questions. Our parish is blessed with the dedicated MGO Recreation Room, a space created just for MGOCSM youth to mingle, laugh, and build Christ-centered friendships that last.
How We Support Students
Each Sunday after Holy Qurbana the MGO Recreation Room fills with prayer, spiritual discussion, and fellowship. Retreats, leadership camps, and diocesan conferences deepen faith and create lifelong friendships. Students serve together through parish ministries and hands-on charity events—bake sales, food drives, clothing collections, and partnership outreach—learning how to put love into action in the world around them.
Stay Connected
The recreation room also hosts game nights, movie watch parties, open study hours, and casual hangouts where laughter and prayer naturally meet. MGOCSM is a family where students find friends who share their faith and goals, where joyful companionship builds enduring discipleship, and where every youth is encouraged to lead by serving others.
